  • This is a nice addition to the Cleveland hotel scene! opened about a year ago. The night auditor who checked us in is awesome! Upgraded to a suite with a view of Lake Erie, First Energy Stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Everything is modern and brand new looks great. The beds very comfortable, the shower is perfect. Starbucks on the first floor lobby. Wifi works great! A couple of minor things: Club lounge was closed over the Thanksgiving holiday, bummer, the interesting valet guy on Wednesday the 25th late night was less than ideal, he did not know what he was doing and did not perform like a valet guy should. All in all a big hit, love it and this is my new default hotel when in Cleveland.
