| - A friend of mine Jeremy was subbing here for a spin class and invited me to try it out. Never did spin, in fact my preferred and only way of getting cardio in my workout is to hike. Jeremy was amazing, I hope you guys bring him over often (and I don't say that because I know him, since I've never done spin). I also purchase the 2 week unlimited package and I have been coming almost every day, got Nick, Monique, Andi and also Leslie. I love all their methods and each one of them has a specific way of running a class. Nick gives lots of good easy to follow instructions and includes lots of resistance exercises with the bands, Monique is fun, energetic and great instruction giver and motivator, Andi, definitely focuses more on cardio and tough on us, and pushes us to do more ( which I think is needed once in a while especially when someone does different instructor daily) and I enjoyed her very much, and Leslie who I believe is also subbing, she is fun and puts us all to work with Greta music and incorporates a lot of hard climbing and plenty of sprint time. Very diverse instructors and all great to work out with. I want to try yoga but I'm not flexible (slap..) yes I know, I should do yoga to I become more flexible... hopefully I'll try it soon...
The front desk staff are very fun to interact with and amazing, on a super busy day and in the middle of a transaction they still find a second to welcome you in and say hello. Too bad you guys are not close to where I live in north Phoenix.
Also note, no spin cleats, no yoga mats, no problem, they are available to rent and at a very affordable price.
Update..... started doing yoga and Jacob and Justin are great instructors and I definitely recommend their classes.
