| - The customer service at this location has gone downhill fast. I shopped here a week ago during a sale where men's clothes were But One, Get Two Free. After waiting in line 45 minutes in the women's department to check out, the items rang up wrong. The cashier told us that we would need to go upstairs to the men's department to adjust the price because she could not change the price of men's items in a different department. What?
After going back upstairs and waiting in line another 30 minutes, we got up to the men's register. The clerk informed me that Buy One, Get Two Free merchandise could not be mixed and matched. I showed him the sign on the table that clearly said, "MIX AND MATCH." After a whole bunch of back and forth, I finally got the prices corrected and left.
Unfortunately, I had to take one of the items back today. When the first cashier tried to make the return, it was ringing up that it had already been returned (probably due to the price adjustment they had to make a week ago).
After SEVERAL different employees were brought over to the register, I was informed that I could not get anything back for that item. Why? Because it was purchased on a BOGO deal and it had $0.00 next to it on the receipt. I was told there was "nothing they could do."
So an item I had purchased a week ago, unworn, tags on, receipt in hand, could not be returned.
The nail in coffin was when the THIRD cashier gave me her advice as to what I should do: "You should probably just donate it or something."
