I ran into Trader Joe's last night because I haven't been feeling well and needed to get some "feel better" snacks. Normally when I go grocery shopping, I have a set list. Last night was different - I was just looking for healthy snacks as a pick-me-up.
The only thing I don't like about the Trader Joe's is the parking situation. The deck is extremely congested and parking is limited on the first floor. If you're buying a lot of groceries, parking on the second floor or higher is really not ideal. Anyway, I snagged a ground floor spot basically at Best Buy that I had to fight for - I had my blinker on for a while waiting for someone to back out. When they finally did back out, someone whipped around the corner and tried to pull in the space in front of me. Let's just say that I didn't let that happen.
ANYWAY, I walked into the Trader Joe's and was greeted by a staff member as well as the flower section. Mmm :-). I like the store because it's not very large but it still offers a good variety of food and beverages. I ended up getting fresh fruits, tomato soup and yogurt. I also had multuple samples while I was wandering around. I had a sample of gluten free spice cake, a green bean sample that was delicious, and some coffee.
The check-out process was super quick and the cashier was very friendly. I will definitely be back to this Trader Jo's.
