rev:text	I'm not much of a jewlery or watch buff, but I decided to buy a really nice watch for a really nice guy....me! I checked online but I was discouraged with many online stores not being authorized dealers and thus not offering manufactures warranty. I checked a few watch places and many of them were extremely pretentious. I was in the neighbourhood of the Shops at Don Mills when I decided to check out Symphony Diamonds, specifically their watch collection. I have to say, the place is very equisite and I felt very out of place. However; I was pleasantly greeted by Silva who despite my blue collar look, treated me like first class. I knew which specific type of watch I was looking for but I didn't mention it. I didn't want to be pressured into anything. After providing her with some general info in what I wanted in a watch, she pulled out the very watch I was looking for. There was just one problem. The price! Although they weren't more expensive than anywhere else, I was hoping to get something closer to an online price. I spoke to the Owner, Sacco, and he helped me out tremendously! I cannot say how appreciative I am they he was able to come down in price to meet my limited budget. A very sincere Thank You. This may be biased in that my review is based on a one time interaction. I really wanted this watch and I had a limited budget, and Sacco made it happen for me. Many other places would of called security on me after telling them I couldn't afford their watch. He might not be able to do this to all customers but he did it for me. Feeling 1st class while living economy. Thanks Symphony Diamonds for making a working class stiff feel like a million bucks. Now that's customer service.
