  • Jim came on a Saturday morning to replace our water heater. As he assessed the job, he noticed there was a leak elsewhere and other issues. He very honestly explained the situation, and referred us to a plumber who will fix the situation before we have the new water heater replaced. Many thanks to Jim for being an honest, caring contractor and helping us get the work done safely and correctly. We highly recommend Jim for being super honest, prompt and accommodating.
