  • If I could give this place zero stars I would. Reserved a car. Went in to pick up the car and was told our VALID credit card was not a valid form of payment, that it needed to be connected to a bank account. Um, what?! That would be a debit card, and nope. Needless to say, we walked out, and went to enterprise, who rented us a car with the SAME valid credit card... zero issues. Sounds like they wanted to scam us and drain our bank account. The girl looked high as a kite. Stay far away. You have been warned.
