  • First off, the place is a dump. The carpet is of the lowest grade for a place charging $1300 plus per month. The construction is horrible. Bad cabinets and drawers. Cheap appliances that don't always work. Samara, the office thing, is just a absolute horrible person. She will try to nickel and dime you on the way out. She is trying to get me for an extra $1450 in early termination fees. UNREALISTIC!!! Now I will have to hire a lawyer to teach her business ethics. Do yourself a HUGE favor and just stay away from this dump of a place. Horrible service when you call. The heat and cooling system never worked properly. Just no place for your family to stay. For the price the headaches are not worth it. I will post the outcome of my dispute with this place after It goes to court.
