| - I just made my second visit to this place, which will unfortunately be my last. The owner and operator, Tim Arnold, just yelled at my petite 7-year-old daughter accusing her of being too rough on the machines when all she did was touch them in the same way one would play on them. He then proceeded to tell my husband and I that, "...this place is a museum," and repeatedly said, "take your kid to McDonalds Playland if she is going to act like a kid." When we tried to reason with him and ask why he would even allow people to play the games, he then said, "How would you like it if I went and banged on your car for fun?" After we went outside, a regular patron let us know that Mr. Arnold tends to be overprotective of the machines and that he had also been yelled at for pressing a button which was part of the game. Now, I've also seen other reviews complaining about similar behavior. My daughter was scared and in tears, and never wants to go there again for fear of seeing him, even though she loves pinball. She was having so much fun before this incident. Instead of fostering her passion for these games, this man's rudeness and lack of sensitivity for people crushed her, and she stated to me, "I never want to see that man again." If the business truly donates to the Salvation Army and you support those efforts, please donate directly to the agency instead of patronizing this business. The lack of appropriate customer service yields them no stars.
