  • I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. The wedding is tomorrow and they told us alterations would be done today. The bride tried on the dress and there were still pins in it! Come to find that NONE of the alterations they promised had been done! None! We talked to management too and the just kept passing the blame. Nobody took responsibility for the issue and the manager was very rude and dismissive. We did end up getting a small refund, but considering the bride was in tears, it was not much compensation for the stress they caused. I would never recommend David's Bridal to any bride ever. Spend a little money and save yourself some stress.
