  • The TSA staff at the terminal entrances were inattentive and gave me directions to the wrong terminal. Because of the wrong directions I ended up going through security twice. The second time through security their tests apparently found something which caused about 30 minutes of more testing (why wasn't this suspicious material found the first time?). During the whole testing period TSA staff had no sense of urgency and couldn't have cared less if I missed my flight. Obviously their tests ended up being negative and I barely made my flight. All of this TSA bureaucracy is an enormous hassle and waste of my tax dollars. The terrorists have won now that we have to put up with this TSA garbage.
