  • I attempted to book a single cleaning service, and was mysteriously roped into a 6 month cleaning service. Handy preceded to rebook and bill me for a second service, they actually sent someone out on a day we knew nothing about. I went to cancel the supposed contract we agreed to, only to find out they make it almost impossible to cancel a contract, and they want to charge an early cancellation fee. No live customer service line, all text or email. Horrible experience, will not use again.
