I have been a member for about 5 years, and I love this credit union overall. I've always received great customer service from the Flagstaff and Chandler branches. However I've started going to this branch and the customer service is mediocre. I sat down with the loan agent once, who told me she'd be contacting me and following up with my questions a few days later. I waited a full 48 hours beyond the day she said she'd call. I then called her and left a voicemail, asking her to please get in touch with me. She never returned my call. The two tellers I have last interacted with also seem distracted or disinterested. I needed to do several things today, which I told to the teller right away. After my first transaction, she tried to dismiss me, and I said I needed another transaction. She was not particularly warm, and I had to keep repeating the same requests. It just appeared she wasn't really listening. I'll continue to bank here, but it'd be nice to see the customer service improve to the level of the other locations.
