  • I've never been treated so poorly by someone I didn't know. Dr. Christensen did not ask any questions and accused me of feeding my cat too much before even acknowledging why I was at an emergency vet at 10:00pm. This was after being ignored for over an hour by the front desk staff. I am leaving feeling judged and disrespected and my cat is in no better shape than when we arrived, however, I am out a $98 exam fee, where I basically paid to be made to feel like a child.
