  • I have nothing to say but good things about Dave Benton. He went above and beyond to help us have a good experience. From taking excellent pictures to outstanding negotiation he did everything he could to get our home sold quickly and at the price we wanted. Within 2 days of listing we had 5 viewings and 2 full offers. We listed the home on Dec 16th, went under contract the 19th, and are loving our new home a month later. To add icing on the cake we made more money then we expected! I would refer Dave to anyone looking to sell their home or wanting to buy. His knowledge of real estate and down to earth personality really makes a big decision easy. Thanks Dave!
