  • Although the dentist was very nice they charged me double and said that's all my insurance covers. I called my insurance and they verified they cover 80%. But I had to wait for them to submit the claim. Well today I looked it up and sure enough I was over charged. I paid 514.85 when I only needed to pay $246.40. So they owe me $268.45. But they said I have to wait two weeks for them to receive payment for my insurance company to issue me the difference. So they say on my money for over a month. I may call the Arizona insurance commission and put in a complaint. Think of people who don't follow up and watch their benefits that are being overcharged and not knowing. BEWARE I WARNED YOU
