  • Ordered a tub. Asked about the hardware two different times. Toni blatantly lied to me two separate times that I had to buy this from them for over $400!!!! My plumber brought the pieces said they were at Lowe's for $80. Called to return and was told I need to pay a restocking fee. I said you lied to me and they said to bad. Asked to speak to a manager and they said of courses she's with a customer. I am calling 3 on your side and reporting this for the scam they are running unless I get my money back. This is absurd
