  • I have a puppy that was scheduled to be spayed -- I called to confirm and they said "Oh no honey. They took out Lucy's appointment. The doctor is going to be on vacation." No one called me. No one did anything. I seriously cannot believe her excuse was "I'm sorry I have no idea what happened. I think someone was making calls." What kind of accountability is that?? I have the appointment card and the printout from my last visit and everything. I would've shown up on her appointment date completely clueless. I said so someone just deleted my appointment?? "I think so." What a joke! Now I have to wait 3.5 weeks to have her seen and even then WHO KNOWS if she'll actually have an appointment ?? With my luck she'll probably go into her first heat and have another month long wait until we can have our mysteriously cancelled appointment. In addition to that, the lady I spoke with outright tried to argue with me about my other dog! I said "I am not going to argue with you about my dog" and she kept cutting me off "oh no no honey". I am not your "honey"?? I honestly hate this place. Every time we go we blow hundreds to sit and wait for hours. You can have the first appointment, be on time, and still be there before the staff starts to roll in. Good luck going on a week night or as a walk in. Clearly they are negligent, disorganized, and unprofessional.
