  • Amazing experience today. I needed break lights for my CRV. When I walked in the associates were all with customers, so I helped myself in the bulb section. Of course the book tells me there are multiple options for my model. I started taking a part my back paneling to get to my bulbs, and Alex was walking up from what I assume was his break. He offered to help as soon as he clocked in. 30 seconds later, we're knee deep pulling off the panels and figuring out which bulbs need to be replaced. 10 minutes later, both brake lights are working and paneling is back up! Thanks Alex for exceeding my expectations today!
