  • Originally gave ERX 5 star. I still do. However the associated sister company Dolphin Properties who I hired to do the renovation work I have had enough of. It has been 7 weeks of BS if you ask me. The initial dry wall got done as well as painting . However they moved the new hot water heater and broke a piece inside and within two days my I had no hot water. Then it took forever for the flooring to be replaced. Once it was finally done, one piece was cut short and moves. When I notified them I was told sorry we will contact them. Then I got , oh they said they were not done with it anyways and need to do more work. I asked when. Response "I will find out and let you know today (Thursday).No surprise no communication or answer to that one. Not a happy camper.
