  • Had a very nice, professional sales rep come to my door after buying my first home. He was in no way pushy and in fact sold me a very bare minimum package and gave me my first two months free via rebate which came very fast. One of my main concerns was not having access to the app to set and disarm my alarm system since I have a Windows phone (stop laughing). Luckily, he happened to have just read that a Window's phone app had just become available. SOLD! I was very happy with the technician that came and installed the sensors and he was even kind enough to remove the old sensors left by the previous owner. Very happy with Envision's service and sales staff.
