  • Quite disappointed. We have been here before with similar (though not as bad as this) results. First let me start with the vibe of the place. Very cool, great environment. Service was abysmal and the food wasn't a whole lot better. we came in on a Thursday afternoon (3/29), just after 1pm. Not too busy but not dead either. Every beer (3 different ones) we tried to order off of their beer list was out. So we settled on something that was available. We waited over 10 minutes before she came back to take our order. We just wanted some wings. That's when the waiting game began. We waited on a beer refill, had to flag down the server to get her to stop by. Then after she took our order (grilled wings in a dry rub, nothing fancy) we waited over 45 minutes. I am not exaggerating. There was a gentleman next to us at the bar who ordered before us and he waited almost as long. However I saw several people (off duty employees?) at the end of the bar getting several plates of food from the kitchen on their own. All before we got our measly 6 wings. The gentleman sitting next to us remarked "If you are hungry you should go next door and eat. Then just come here for the beer" Not one time did our server apologize, or explain the delay. she didn't check on us at all. We had to continually flag her down to find out what was going on and get another beer While we waited I saw 2 sets of very upset customers leave. They too waited and waited. One guy said "I don't even want the food now. I just want to leave." Pretty disappointed. Not sure I will go back and I will tell my friends what happened. They can make up their own minds.
