  • Awful. Reserved a car online well in advance. Got to the counter and was 10th in line behind other customers who were waiting for cars. We waited almost an hour for our car. It was almost like they were driving them in from other locations because they were low on stock or something. Other customers there on business and locked into a corporate contract were offering horror stories as well. Stay away from Hertz. NEVER AGAIN.
