  • North Olmsted Urgent Care is a CLASS ACT! It is run professionally and efficiently. The staff is very competent, kind, and sympathetic. Dr. Nicolas Young is an absolute joy to deal with. Very professional, understanding, and communicative. To his credit, he actually takes the time to listen to you and discuss your concerns and symptoms. This is how most doctor's offices were run way back in the 70's, and it is a pleasure to see that some truly caring doctors like Dr. Young still exist today! Lastly, his knowledge and competence level is on par with some of the best, world class doctors i've dealt with either at The Cleveland Clinic or the University Hospital system. The North Olmsted and Westlake communities are very fortunate to have an 'urgent care' center like this one, and a great doctor like Dr. Young!
