Unfortunately, in this case you get what you pay for. I wanted to get a good 4 inches off my long hair and some minor layers. The stylist wanted to skip washing my hair which I thought we really needed to do to get an accurate cut, so he did. Then he literally had me stand up out of the chair to cut a straight line at the back of my hair. This reminded me of when my mom used to cut my hair as a little girl. Almost all the salons I've ever been to cut the back in various sections so that they can get it to lay right and straight. My layers in the front to frame my face are really uneven and even a month later I'm regretting that I ever went here. I'm just waiting for my hair to grow back a bit so that I can get it cut again (at a better salon...). I really hate writing such a negative review, but it's the truth.
