  • After two other attempts at finding a realtor, I found Kimberly on Yelp. she already had many outstanding reviews so I used Yelp to contact her. She responded immediately which was a good sign. I am rather picky having bought and sold many properties before and having my real estate brokers license in Illinois . I was looking for a realtor with experience in selling with somes years behind them and in the area I was selling so they understood the market. I also wanted someone that communicates well and often, using text, email and phone. I met Kimberly and she prepared a professional presentation on how she would market my house. I was impressed as well as my other family members. from there it was a dream sale all due to Kimberly's expertise, drive, energy and constant follow through. i can go on but my dinner is getting cold.you cannot go wrong hiring her and you will generally like her. when you meet her you know you can be instant friends. Look no further. the real test of a good realtor is how they handle a poor escrow agent from the othe party. my house sold first showing when i got 2 offers.
