  • Coffee is average, staff is mostly not trained properly and has A LOT of attitude. Went there one time and the staff did not know how to make an americano. He gave me one shot in my americano, luckily another employee noticed and corrected this mistake. Another time is even worse. I got a grande/medium americano, and end up getting this watery, tasteless coffee. So I asked how many shots they put into a medium sized americano, I was told two, which is the same amount of shots in the small size. Why would anyone pay MORE for extra water to water down their beverage, I have no idea why. Anyhow, I asked for an extra shot, and was charged another $2 something for just another extra shot put into my existing americano. So I ended up being charged over $4 for a medium sized americano. Seriously? Another thing, the girl at cash gave me some serious attitude (literally, threw my change at me on the counter) just because I wanted to pay with a roll of pennies (which I have already rolled up for their convenience). I have done this months before and politely asked another girl if it was okay I pay with change, she was totally cool and said sure it's not a problem. I made sure it was properly rolled and no one was waiting behind me. For some reason the girl that served me this time has so much bitter attitude, and then she overcharged me for my americano, which is disappointing.
