Are you looking for a Harley Dealership in the East Valley? Here it is. I've been to Chester's many times for various events but I've not written a review and after my experience this weekend I thought I should finally do so.
For various reasons I have been to Chester's Harley on Country Club in Mesa. We have done a remote broadcast of Monkey Butt Radio from the opening of their MAN CAVE, participated in the Chili Cook-off, various runs and concerts and even shopped some. This weekend a few different events brought us down to Mesa and we decided to look around the dealership some.
The motoclothes area is spacious and the girls working the area are very helpful as always. I love that they have a seamstress in house to sew on patches for those who want that service. Next, parts! My wife is looking for new mirrors for her bike and has been for sometime now. I did not catch the guys name at the parts counter but he showed her a few different options for her bike. Even to the point of walking us out to his bike to look at his Arlen Ness aftermarket mirrors. He gave her some advice about the different mirrors and something to think about before she made her final decision. Going the extra mile to make a customer feel like part of the family is important. Kathy and her crew at Chester's have made the dealership a part of the community. Your neighborhood Harley dealer.
So let me run down a few of the things I notice when I am there.
- There are riding classes every weekend.
- Coffee is ALWAYS brewed.
- The sales team doesn't stalk you.
- The dealership opens the facility up to various organizations to have events there.
Way to go guys. See ya next time.
