This has been the worst experience ever. I am more upset then when my dog of 10 years died. Bought a certified pre owned 2012 diesel f250. The price on a used one was right and I was tired of throwing transmissions at my dodge. Of coarse I didn't get what I expected for my truck and they didn't budge on their asking price. So no biggie sales did what they should to increase their profit and I wasn't too upset because I had been looking for this truck for over a year. Found out really fast certified pre owned means nothing. Had it in for a check engine light, had it towed in, was told that my warranty was null and void because it went so long without being serviced. I went strait down there because I only had the truck 4 months and had a dealer oil change. Find out the ecu holds history and that was logged months before I purchased the truck. Nice to find out after buying a certified pre owned right. So time passing I've had the truck year and half now and put 15k on it. Breaks down regularly. Now it had 61k on it and I've replaced the def reductant heater the pump and still getting the code after they told me what to replace. Charged me 200 to tell me to replace the one part. Had it down so replaced the pump too because that was the only other part up there. About 800 on parts. Took it in today and now they say they need to pinpoint the problem and runs 500 to 2500 bucks. No thank you. It's not so much the money other then the lack of knowledge and helpfulness on this whole thing. I know I'm young. And not an agressive customer. I'm not going to stand there while Charles talks down to me and the service manager sits in his chair and shoots me a smirk as I'm standing outside. Trust me folks don't walk past this place but run. Run until your feet hurt because they will cause you so much agravation in the future. Just stand in that service department and listen to people and listen to the service wrighters. You can see this within minutes of standing there. You can call me personally and I would tell you about the experience. Email me at checkpointracing@aol.com and I will call you. It's that bad folks. I feel like putting a sign in the bed of my truck and parking it in front of their building on the street. I still might.
