  • I have meant to write this for a few years now and I am finally getting to do it! There is an associate named Amy who works at the San tan location who connected with me like she was one of my closest friends. I was having a pretty bad day and she started our conversation with a big smile and some reassuring words. I could tell she was supposed to be in the fitting room but she immediately called for back up and stayed by my side. My spirit was lifted instantly. She offered me a measurement and talked to me as she walked me back to the fitting rooms to make sure I was in the right size. She knew everything about products, what bras were best for me, and scents I would be interested with. She made sure I was doing okay throughout the fitting room experience. By the time she walked me to the line my whole day had be turned upside down. I had 3 different bras I loved, some new panties, and a scent that I am obsessed with. Every time I come in now she addresses me by name and it is like I haven't been gone for any period of time. The best part about this is she doesn't just know my name but I have witnessed this customer service with many. How many places could you go where they know your name and treat you like she does? I assumed she was a manager and found out she is just a bra specialist. I couldn't believe it. Everyone needs an Amy to shop with and work with. I highly recommend you ask for her every time you go in this location!
