  • Awful I sat there and waited to get a guest pass, then this guy says he can't find it even though I watched my wife put it on her account. I waited around for nothing I was supposed to get a 14 day pass that could be used anywhere. But instead I got a 10 day that can only be used at this gym. Then he asks if I just wanna add my self to my wife's account using her card that's on file??? Umm no that's not my card to be using. I was so frustrated I just walked out. Awful customer service do not waste your time. Won't be giving la fitness my gym.
