  • From a service standpoint, Emergency Plumbing is 5 star. From a cost perspective, a little less so. As the name suggests, you're going to have to pay for the nature of the call. That said, I've had plumbers come to my place since the "emergency" event and they've all suggested I was over-charged for the work. That being said, my technician JD was very professional He told me what things would cost prior to performing the work. Because it was an emergency and the 4 plumbers I tried contacting before I found this one were unavailable, I had no choice. I may have paid too much, but I am grateful Emergency Plumbing was able to respond. Great work, outstanding service, but price is the reason it's not 5-stars. However if you're in a dire circumstance, these folks are responsive and professional.
