  • Wait isn't long if you have an appointment. They have that new system of online appointment and QR code check in but it wasn't working when I came in this afternoon. My complaint is that they need some retraining in bedside manner and how to have light hands. I've had 6 vials of blood taken from me before without so much pain. For this 1 vial I had no forewarning of being stabbed and it felt like she pierced through my vein. Photo for the aftermath:
