  • While GDP-Hilldale can be considered a scheduling game of "russian roulette" after 5pm, the rewards for getting there at the right time are sometimes worthwhile, provided some insight into specific menu items prevents further "russian roulette" shenanigans. The menu is a convoluted and often bizarre combination of items that when viewed as a whole, makes one think of the "Tower of Babel" in menu form. Their signature "sustain-a-burger", now heftily priced at over $10 leaves a satisfying taste and mouth feel. Unless you are under strict dietary supervision, avoid the warmed vegetable side, which is merely naked vegetables which may have been frozen until their presentation on your table. On other occasions, items have been hit or miss, mainly due to a wide variation of temperatures when served, and on rare occasion, the possibility of a "reheating". With the price points of entrees ranging between $12-$20, such experiments are unwelcome. Those on a budget can get away with a cup of soup and a side salad with chicken for around $10.
