  • Okay, so I seriously have to pinch myself to believe this guy is for real!! I have had so many negative experiences with contractors of every sort, that the bar was not very high. The fact that David came the same day I called, gave me a "I am on the way" call, and actually showed up on time was enough to impress me. However, he is a walking encyclopedia. I just moved into my house, and he was nice enough to go over my appliances and answered all my questions. The issue that I originally called him about was quickly corrected. He was friendly, knowledgeable, never tried to sell me a thing or recommend something I did not need. How refreshing! It was hard for me to believe that an appliance repair could have a five star rating from everyone. Now I know why.
