  • I was personally here when Rita walked in late to her appointment. They were a little short staffed because of the Chinese New Year coming up and she was helping out a fellow worker while waiting for her appointment. Gwen was finishing up her top coat and would have helped her in a few minutes when Rita flipped out for no apparent reason other than she was late. She had a horrible attitude and Gwen was still trying to apologize and help her as this lady was a grade A Scottsdale snob. She can take her business else where but Gwen has never done less than amazing work on my nails and I ONLY go to her. I would recommend her to anyone.
