  • Don't let the fancy Scottsdale office fool you. The people in this office (minus the front desk employee) have no regard for there residents and treat there renters like children. I made an appointment to meet with there leasing agent, who promptly blew me off and brought in a woman who didn't even know the property I lived on and her form of paperwork she had was post it notes. They act defensively and unprofessionally when bringing up issues of their mismanagement with one of their properties. American Residential Properties neglected picking up trash and consistently leave the security gates open on the property I previously lived on. If this company is managing your property, or a property your interested in, I strongly recommend reconsidering living there.
