  • If you want to deal with wolves in sheep's clothing than by all means give them a shot. This place is a money trap. They did good work but the experience can be confusing and unprofessional. Dr. Kloss can be rude and condescending not only to you but especially to his assistant, while he's working on you. Their paperwork,estimates and billing is awful and misleading. They give you a paper full of dental coding with items circled, bad notes and prices and talk real fast while reviewing them with you. Oh, and all this is done while you're in the chair with a bib on.....no pressure here! They can never seem to answer a question clearly and you will get bills that you absolutely do not owe. This happened to me, my gf and my friend who referred me. Their marketing is fantastic, which gets you in the door, their facility is top notch and they really put on a friendly vibe when you walk through the door. It's all disingenuous to say the least. I completed surveys they sent me after visits and explained to them all my concerns with no response except for a Leary call from someone trying to schedule an appointment and asking odd questions. Dr. P and his wife should honestly be ashamed of themselves, it's obvious he went to dental school for the money and not to care for patients. My new dentist makes me feel like she cares, spends time explaining the care I need and answers any questions I have with patience. Her staff also provides clear paperwork from an actual invoice system, sits you down at a desk to explain and answers my questions.....with confidence. The fact that Yelp has flagged this place for many reviews under the same IP address speaks volumes in my book and validates my opinion of the people, practices and culture of this office. Stay away, unless you like being treated like a number from someone who's sticking their hands in your mouth.
