Well, interesting how 4 years have seen a down trend in service. Perhaps this is not uncommon for auto repair places. Went in for a simple oil change with the coupon price of $24 and hardly any cars in the lot, one customer in the waiting room and the guy at the front desk was on the phone for a good 5 minutes helping somebody trouble shoot a fuse issue NOT a customer 'well, if that doesn't work just bring it in" (Isn't this for auto-zone to help). I'm sure the guy was thankful for the help over the phone but dude.... you have a customer standing there right in front of you!! Anyway while standing there waiting and no acknowledgment of me being there I just left. Guess they are now selective. I have 2 chargers, 2 expeditions, Honda and Saturn that won't be going there anytime soon. You lost a customer. Just be aware that one or two visits might be awesome (and sometimes that's all it takes for most folks to get what they needed done) but as far as any long term customer, I won't be anymore. Sorry but you decided that for me and I guess I will vote with my dollar. Bye.
