  • Shortly after I wrote my review Elliott contacted me to let me know he was sorry about my visit and asked me to come back in, give them another shot, and get a haircut and shave from him this time. When time came for another haircut I figured I might as well. Elliott was very personable and he listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. The customer service, attention to detail, and care that was taken this time was just outstanding! This is what I expected the first time I went in. I could tell that Elliott really cares about what he does and his business and by contacting me to apologize I know that he cares about his customers too. I don't want to lose all credibility by saying "this was the best haircut I've ever had" but it is honestly true! He really knows what he's doing and I think I finally found someone that I can go to on a regular basis for a great haircut.
