  • When I walked in Robert was right there to help and explain the solution to my computer problem. He gave me a price and said he would start on it before he went to lunch, and that he would try to have it up and running by the next day. At noon the next day, Alex called and said I could pick it up. A solid state drive was installed and my speed has improved tremendously and I have so much more memory or Gigabits as they call it. They both were so helpful, efficient and explained everything to me. They gave me the old drive and I was thinking I would just throw it away but Alex said that I don't have a backup system on my computer, so it has all of my information on the old hard drive I have the Basic service contract that is only $8.95 a month and has saved me a lot of money over the years. On top of that Alex carried my computer out to my car for me. I would recommend Data Doctors to anyone like me that doesn't understand GB's and Ram, I just know I want it to start when I turn it on.
