  • So I'm going to update my review really quick. My first encounter was amazing. Told them they would be getting a new customer out of me. I had some pulling going on with my car where it would yank me to the left and right. Decided I needed an alignment so of course I went back to Greulich's. They took care of alignment but told me "the car wouldn't pull you based off the numbers from the alignment" & even though I kept mentioning how it would I was told that it wasn't possible. Clearly didn't test drive my car because you could feel the pulling right away. I was also told over the phone that four of my engine mounts were cracked & needed to be replaced as soon as possible. When I go to pick up my car I'm then told that actually all six of the engine mounts are ruined. I decided to take my car to another shop for a second opinion & thank goodness I did. I took my car to Express Oil Change & Tires where they fixed the pulling after test driving & knowing exactly what was wrong (nothing to do with the alignment) & also told me that I don't even have six engine mounts. I have four & NONE of them were ruined. Needless to say I saved a pretty good lump sum of money! Lost out on $200+ from Greulich's but at least I know to never bring my car back.
