I can kind of suck at flossing. I switched over to this practice about a year ago, and one of my favorite aspects is that I'm not made to feel like a common criminal just because my gums may bleed a teeny bit. I used to put off going for months at a time because I didn't feel like getting scolded. Like, I get it, in a perfect world I won't ever leave the house and just brush and floss 24/7. But that's most likely not happening. My hygienist at Dr.Then's is so gentle on my mouth while cleaning. They are encouraging, and don't totally let me off the hook, but understand I'm not perfect. Everyone here is so nice, from the support staff to Dr.Then himself.
If you're looking for somewhere fancy, with 70 inch TV's, and a modern vibe, this isn't your place. It's no frills, which is perfect for a no frills guy like me. It's quality in the areas that matter. I don't feel like they're trying to make money off of me. Everything is affordable and I feel like they treat you like family.
