  • I have been a customer for over 2 years being bullied the whole time. My husband finally called and talked with the manager as I had been for years and when he hung up asked me "that's how they've been talking to you this whole time?!" The manager Luis is THE WORST offender of bad business practices and horrible customer service. DONT SIGN ANYTHING with this company! I was told I was signing a 2 year contract but when calling to end service I was told it was 3 years! Their business ethics are unacceptable and have been horrible to try and work with every step of the way.
