| - Alex is so nice and was such a joy!
had a 5 start rating for this place, but now I just can't I wanted to still love it, now I just don't. It's very interesting what happens when you switch management and teams. I don't talk poorly about any one individual but it is truly a large difference from before.
I moved in with management team #1 who were good and friendly. After my second month, they were all let go. Management team #2 came in and were amazing. Everything was fixed right away, the property looked and felt amazing. There were flowers blooming, events, and everyone was friendly. The maintenance staff always said hello to me and my puppy, they treated the tenants like friends. If there was an issue they made sure everyone was aware and that it was taken care of in a timely fashion. They all were also approachable.
As I said above I do not talk poorly about any one individual, yet management #3 is a unique situation. It's their second or third weekend, and they closed the main pool down for memorial day weekend. I have planned for weeks to have people over and enjoy the day, being that I live right next to the main pool. If I can plan drinks, food, invites etc., weeks in advanced why can't the management fix the pool for the biggest pool holiday of the year?
Also, I went into the office last week and it just was not pleasant. I feel like I got the cold shoulder or was getting scolded because I had a question. I was told I needed to give a 60-day notice for leaving and then told 30-day; then told if I? don't get it before thirty I need to go in and get it otherwise the company will make me stay. Very confusing.
The grounds are oddly kept up as well, I just don't get it, it feels like a ship is falling apart, and I now can only imagine how my last month here is going to be after writing this. You'll see the pool sign in the pictures, but you'll see the real difference in the same plant... literally from management 2 to management 3. Nice apartments, just glad it was in my last month everything changed. Happy apartment hunting.
