  • fF I could give zero stars I would. I joined 2 months ago because it is close to home and they offer childcare. I have hoped things would get better ever since. Equipment is old and is not well maintained. At last count they only had 3 out of 8 bikes working. I have had one fail in the middle of a workout. Half of treadmills have something wrong (heartbeat monitor, weight/age option). Locker room is dirty. Visible mold in the tile. 30% of the showers don't work. Soap dispenser was empty for 10 days. Staff does not seem to care. I have reported broken equipment on several occasions. The staff does not even take the time to put an out of order sign on the equipment. I watched over the next 4 days as multiple people would get on the bike only to find out it did not work. Last straw was this morning. I brought a friend who was considering joining and wanted to workout with me. I needed childcare which is advertised as part of my membership. The lady at the front desk did not know how to use the register and then told me the childcare was full....so I could not workout. Avoid this place. Good thing it is only month to month....I am able to cancel with no penalty.
