  • The first time I used Pretty in Pink, job was great, 2nd time job was ok, then they talked me into a discounted membership. I booked 5 months of cleaning in advance, and was guaranteed they would be here between 7:30-8:00am each time and that I wanted my furniture vacuumed each time. 3rd time was just barely ok (mirrors all smeared and I had to ask them to sweep and mop the bathroom floor again),4th time they didn't have a vacuum cause it broke and had to use my equiptment. Then this time I get a text (not a phone call) to tell me they would be here between 9-10am (had to rearrange my schedule) then they show up without any attachments to their vacuum to do the job! Seriously this is so unprofessional so I sent them away. Now I have to wait till next week for a manger to call me! Ridiculous!!!
