  • I absolutely love Dr Cassidy. However....today was unacceptable. Appointment was at 1pm and it is now 2:40pm and we have yet to see the doctor. My daughter is 8 months old, 5 corrected and has no concept of waiting. She is on oxygen and a strict feeding schedule as she has a feeding tube. We are behind on feeds and she is not having it. We also had to change out oxygen tanks while waiting as no one said it would take this long and never has before. The wait time is unacceptable. I will be looking for another doctor. It's a shame because we really do like Dr Cassidy.
