  • Definitely my favorite restaurant in uptown. I come for lunch fairly often and came here for dinner for a work event just after 6pm. As always, the cocktails were delicious, and service was excellent. Ordered two sea food towers for the table and it was beautiful and tasty. I ordered the trout as my entree and it was great, I always love fish prepared here. The salmon is absolutely amazing! I recommend this place to anyone visiting Charlotte, it's always a pleasure to dine at Mimosa Grill.
