  • When our recently purchased used Buick started having problems, I was really bummed. It's so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. A previous trusted mechanic told me to look for a official Napa Auto Repair Center. He said that usually means they are good. He sure was right this time. Benn at Discount Emissions (Glendale location) couldn't have been better. His bedside manner was outstanding and the work they did on the car was solid. He did everything he could to a) save us money, b) save us hassle, c) arrange for other transportation, and d) clearly communicate what he thought the problems were and how best to fix them. The car was even ready ahead of schedule! Now we are actually looking forward to getting our oil changed since we'll get to see Benn again.
